Service
HOLLOU provides an AI shopping assistant that operates on a merchant’s website and is grounded in that merchant’s product catalog.
Availability
We aim for high availability. We do not currently offer a contractual service-level agreement; where one is required, it is negotiated separately.
Accuracy
Answers are grounded in the catalog data a merchant connects. Accuracy depends on the completeness of that data. HOLLOU is a catalog-grounded system, performs no post-generation fact-check, and is not represented as error-free.
Termination
Either party may terminate as set out in the order form. Removing the script tag disables the agent immediately on the next page load.
