Do I need a developer?
No. It’s a single snippet — and if you’d rather not touch code at all, give us access and we’ll install it for you.
How long until it's live?
Days, not months. Most of the work is on our side and automated — provisioning, indexing, and verification all happen behind the scenes.
When does it start learning my catalog?
As soon as we index your site — before go-live. By the time your shoppers see it, it already knows your products and pages.
What if my site changes?
Your catalog and site pages are indexed at setup and refreshed when we re-sync and re-crawl, not continuously. Tell us when prices, stock or pages change materially and we’ll refresh them.
Will it break my site?
No. It’s a self-contained widget that fails gracefully — if the assistant is ever unavailable it simply steps aside, and it never blocks your page.
Can I remove it?
Anytime — remove the snippet or ask us to deactivate, and rotate or revoke your key whenever you like. No lock-in.
