Find out what your catalog can't answer.

Send us a URL. We index a slice of your catalog, score every product on whether an assistant could actually sell it, and run real shopper questions against it — then send you what it couldn't handle, and why. No cost, no call required, no commitment. If the report shows your catalog isn't ready, that's a useful answer and you've lost nothing.

What you get

Four things, about your products.

A readiness score

Every product scored 0–100 on whether an assistant has enough in the record to answer a shopper and close — plus how many of your products fall below the line.

What's missing, ranked

Not a list of everything wrong. The one change that moves each product most, ordered by how badly its absence hurts a live conversation. A missing price costs more than a missing vendor.

The questions it failed

We put a battery of real shopper questions to your indexed catalog — price, comparison, compatibility, availability, fit. You see which it answered, which it couldn't, and the actual replies.

And a plain read of what that predicts — where an assistant on your site would hedge, guess or hand off today. Products with thin records are exactly where a shopper gets a vague answer and leaves.

The scoring

Eight checks, and why each one matters.

Every rule is checkable against your own data. Nothing is inferred, and nothing is scored against an industry benchmark we don't have.

Price — without one the assistant can't answer "how much is it", the most common question it gets22
Description depth — under 200 characters rarely contains the dimensions, materials and compatibility shoppers ask about. The single biggest driver of vague answers20

Inventory — so it can say whether the thing is actually available14

SKU — for exact-match lookups when a shopper knows what they want8

How it works

About a day, and nothing from you but a URL.

01 · Send

You send a store URL

That's it. No catalog credentials, no admin access, no integration. We read what's publicly on your site, the same as any shopper could.

02 · Index

We index a slice

Products and pages, the same way we would for a real deployment. If you have a Shopify store the sync is direct; otherwise we crawl.

03 · Probe

We score and we probe

Every indexed product against the eight checks, then a battery of shopper questions put to the live index — with the actual answers recorded, good and bad.

04 · Report

You get the report

Usually within a day. Yours to keep and act on whether or not you ever buy anything from us. Plenty of what's in it you can fix yourself in your own admin.

Honest limits

What this report can't tell you.

What your actual shoppers asked

We haven't met them. Our questions are realistic, but they're ours. Real gaps come from real people asking real things, which is what a live deployment reports back week after week. This report measures structural readiness; it does not measure demand.

What the gaps are costing you

That needs your own sessions and your own cart values — we have neither yet. Any figure we produced now would be invented, so we don't produce one.

How you compare to competitors

We don't do competitive benchmarking and won't estimate it. Knowing what a rival's catalog looks like needs a data source we don't have, and your own catalog implies nothing about theirs.

Whether an assistant will pay for itself

Nobody can tell you that from a catalog alone, and we're not going to pretend otherwise. What the report tells you is whether your catalog is in a state where an assistant would have a chance — which is the question worth answering first, and the one most vendors skip.

Next step

Send a URL. See what comes back.

We'll index a slice of your catalog, score it, put real shopper questions to it, and send you what it couldn't answer — usually within a day, at no cost and with nothing to sign.
